Rycare in Home is a community-based organisation who provides support to participants who are requiring support in the community. Our disability support workers are responsible for providing a high-quality service and implementing a range of program plans which are in line with both individual participant and group goals. They will demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional active support to the participants. Our support workers will develop and maintain relationships with families, carers and other relevant organisations. This role is seeking an individual who will be a 1:1 support for NDIS participants.  As we pride ourselves in our values and vision and we are looking for someone who will uphold the same standard. 

Duties typically include supporting the client at home and out in the community with social support, light meal preparation, grocery shopping, travel training, assisting participants to group activities, personal care if required and support attending appointments.
